AlignHR has expanded in many ways since its inception in 2013. One way that the firm continues to grow is by offering opportunities to other HR/Business professionals by creating or supporting new business entities synergistic to HR and Business service offerings.
These partnerships allow AlignHR to help affiliated professionals build and grow new markets and locations, and/or service offerings with the help and support of AlignHR’ s leadership and technical team members.
Affiliation relationships are thoroughly vetted and those looking to partner or contract with AlignHR need to exhibit its core values (trust, respect, and servant leadership) with a focus on caring and supporting its clients.
Three Primary Affiliation Opportunities (Be Your Own Boss):
- Create an AlignHR Entity: This affiliation is replicating AlignHR services in a new market or location. This would provide for an equity partnership with AlignHR. This is not a franchise, but a way to expand the AlignHR brand though talented professionals wanting to start something of their own, yet not starting from scratch or doing it alone.
- Non-AlignHR Brand Resource/Support Affiliation: This affiliation provides a non-equity resource and support entity for HR professionals who want to create their own brand, yet use AlignHR for backend office support, advisory, tools, research support, technology platforms, and operational support. There would be a contract for services with new entity and AlignHR for a minimum period of time.
- Create a new Complementary HR or Business Entity: This affiliation provides for an equity partnership to provide a new or related service that complements or diversifies AlignHR’s other core services.
