As Senior Executive at PepsiCo serving on the executive team of four different business units in two separate sectors (Pepsi Beverages North America and Frito-Lay North America), Drew played critical roles and led multiple initiatives at all levels of the organization. He stood out as the go-to person for best practices in leadership development, talent acquisition, and culture transformation.

In 2013, Drew, his wife Tonya, and three sons Jack, Andrew, and Christian, left New York to return home. In 2014 The Parsons Group Corporation joined forces with Align Human Reources to launch a search firm that brings organizations its most important ingredient - leadership.
