Helen has nearly 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She has worked both internally and externally with companies ranging from high tech to retail to nonprofit. Helen is passionate about organizational culture and how individuals fit into this. Using this lens, recruiting/selecting, training/development, performance mapping, compensation, and process development become clearer.
Helen completed her master’s in organizational psychology at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University. She attended the University of California, Davis, double majoring in psychology and human development.
Helen has many hobbies, many involving foods. She loves to hike (Forest Park to Salt & Straw ice cream). She loves to run (to Starbucks). She loves to travel the world learning about the history and culture of the area while tasting regional specialties. You will usually find Helen with her husband, dog, and three children running around outside during the day, but enjoying a movie, at home, in the evenings.
