Julie received her bachelor of science and MSILR degrees from WVU. As an HR Professional her specialties include payroll administration, start up &| conversions| Employee relations| and supervisor training/education.

In her spare time, Julie is an avid football fan and enjoys playing tennis. She is most proud of her 2 sons, Carson (23) and Justin (21).
