Wendy graduated from West Virginia State College with a Bachelor\'s degree in English. She then went on to obtain her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law. She started working in Human Resources with a focus on classification and compensation in 2017, and discovered she enjoyed the analysis and review of positions and pay. Her favorite part of Human Resources is being innovative and assisting in making new ideas a reality. She enjoys learning and is currently working on becoming a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, and cooking.
